Theater is a live artform, its ephemeral nature the source of its magic.

Yeah, maybe the show would have been popular then.

I have now seen thousands of words written about 19 words in a tweet. And seen how they are a rhorshach test for people to see in them whatever they want. If you hate Zack Snyder, Fisher is a Snyderite who is trying to slag on Whedon. If you’re still mad at Whedon for cheating on his wife, it’s proof he did any number

Fisher’s tweet is incredibly vague as you say, which why I would expected a very short article with a “more details to follow as the story progresses” instead of a reference to Whedon being a terrible husband.

There’s just judgment without any context.

This is really odd. There aren’t any actual allegations. There’s just judgment without any context.

I mean, he could at least spell ‘Whedon’ correctly...and say something substantive about what he’s referring to...Joss Whedon is on record as a bit of dick but if you’re going to break a news story, include some news.

That extended opening credits, complete with ’70s TV voiceover introductions for each actor, was delightful.

James D’Arcy clearly had so much fun in the role I’m still hoping they were able to lure him back with the promise of getting to play goofy Jarvis one last time (something he didn’t really get to do in Endgame).

Today on Marvel’s Legends of Yesterday. Still calling it Sousa is Avengers cop.

I imagine they tried to get the actor for Jarvis, but it just couldn’t work out for a one scene cameo, schedules and all that jazz. Wouldn’t been fun.

Now playing

Maybe they realized they couldn’t top LOT?

Somewhere in the great multiverse, where once every decade or so DC and Marvel do a crossover, I imagine the Zephyr and the Waverider crossing paths. I’m so happy both these shows exist.

I really appreciate that Agents of Shield stole the “Why the Fuck Not” button from Legends of Tomorrow and are just hammering that sucker. Black and White noir homage? Sure! 70's cop show? Of course!

I do find it telling that the episodes we all universally love in season 2 (particularly the Native American one) are the ones that completely ignored the broader narrative of the season. I would now have absolutely have no issue if we got a season that was literally just one-off stories set in different Delos parks

This season just fell flat. Most everyone here in the comments enjoyed the production, I mean there is nothing like HBO production dollars. But it swung for themes far better fleshed with the Matrix series or any number of cerebral dystopian films reaching back to the 70s

I *thought* that looked almost too natural! And you really could see Park’s actual physical moves in that fight. It was just amazing. The rest of the episode looked phenomenal too, the animation team has outdone themselves.

Also per the end credits it says Ray Park as "Maul Performance" it looks like they either mo capped or rotoscoped him for the fights!

This was incredible. This arc is on track to be the best one the show ever did.
