Ah. I only read the headline and what was posted here. Thanks for the insight. Maybe I’ll round down to 20%. :)
Is it getting better? Or is it staying the same/getting worse? I’m don’t even play a doctor on TV, but I think that if it’s been a few weeks now and it isn’t getting better, then it’s probably time to get it looked at.

My best mental toughness level is to always remember that for everything I now think is easy, there was a point where I’d never done it before and thought it was unholy challenging. Whenever I face a new task, I remember that, and think “this too will soon become simple, I just need to do it the first time like I did…
“Many hands make light work” and “too many cooks spoil the broth”. Some people adopt an idiom or way of thinking about dealing with situations and attempt to apply it across the board.
Stick to it only if it sucks.
I don’t know, I read the original transcript and the guy is running with broken bones in his feet and kidney damage. And to what end?
I definitely consider battling through pain to be admirable, and look up to people who persist through the pain and grit. However sometimes pushing through is not the answer.
I gotta say, I like this one a lot. Very helpful. From exercise to writing.
Unhappy marriage? Only 40%, stick through it no matter how much it sucks. It’s great if you only do this for things that will pay off rather than as a form of submission to what you’re already doing.
