yup, basically. I know the hard "cover" works because i put one on one of my S13's and moat people wont notice the difference, it bends at the right places so it doesnt look out of place.

Here in PR they are extremely common, and you can see them bare bones with mud tires or completely stock, even with factory paint. They are so good, I got mine completely underwater, only my pvc snorkel and the roof out of the water, and it didnt stall or flood!
