They used to alternate expansions with paid single-player adventures (in which you would earn new cards). They decided to change that to 3 expansions per year with free single-player content included (in which you earn stuff like card backs).

I always pull out the “And like I said,...”, and then feel stupid because it’s the first time I’m saying it.

I’m sure that if that play happened in the middle of the field, that a Pats player would’ve gotten credited with a forced fumble, and that Seferian-Jenkins would’ve gotten credited with a fumble recovery.

Sure you’re not thinking of Pinball Arcade? Zen/FX has always been quite over the top with video-gamey effects, and has lots of tables based solely on video games (e.g. Doom, Skyrim, Portal)

So, in the NFL, that requires an extra point attempt afterwards. Is this not the rule in the NCAA?

Seconded. One of the few games I’ve paid full price for on Steam, and one of the few games I’ve stayed up until 4 in the morning playing the night that I bought it.

They were 2 games out of first place a couple of days before the trade deadline. Same reason they didn’t trade McCutchen or Cole.

So, two big things here. One, spin is a huge factor. From the batter’s perspective, a fastball has a topspin. In order to hit it far, you basically have to reverse the spin. Changeups and curveballs don’t have to be hit as hard to travel as far.

So you jumped ship the day that Hearthstone came out? With cards like Bane of Doom and Mindgames?

Uh...no. That’s not the rule. At all:

I’ll just leave this here:

I mean...it worked for him.

It’s sort of like if you could purchase trophies on PS4 from other players. And you could use trophies to craft things like themes and emoticons, and occasionally discount coupons for other games. And the more trophies you had, the more customization options you had for your profile (and the bigger the number next to

“Make sure you stand in a way that makes it extremely easy to crop you out. Thanks”

But in a court of law, a defendant is innocent until proven guilty.

It’s not 10+ run innings she’s counting. It’s 10+ runs in an appearance that lasted an inning or less. She’s saying that starters in that big of a hole would typically pitch 100+ pitches (and thus more than one inning) no matter what, just to conserve as much of the bullpen as possible.

It matches the tone of the rest of the game. Pretty much every compendium entry has this same tone, and I won’t assume you haven’t played it, but I would think most people that would’ve otherwise been reading those patch notes would 100% realize the intent here.

Jeopardy definitely does much of it’s casting based on personality (at least now, I’m not sure about back then). When they bring you in to take the written test, you also participate in a mock game (just a few questions), not to see if you get the questions right, but to assess your personality. And they also tell you

Had a nephew (probably 3-4 at the time) who referred to Rayman Legends as “the eye-punch game” (because of the doors with eyes you have to punch to open up). His mother gave me a concerned look over that one.
