The rulebook specifically says that if, in the act of attempting to catch the ball, your glove comes off and hits the ball, then there is no penalty.

All I remember is the Panthers and the 49ers being in the same division. Still haven’t figured how someone thought that was a good idea.
Sapp’s flight attendant one...is actually kind of funny. Because it’s a demonstration of how to be safe in an emergency. Using safety equipment. That they can’t find.
“Errors”? It’s a rominization of a non-roman language. There is no “correct” way to do it.
Not really. Only because some people are viewing it that way. Remember, it didn’t even exist when the game first came out.
Resident Evil Revelations 2 still has all of those.
Invisible Kingdom is DLC. It’s no different than any other DLC for any other game.
Went to see if it was on Amazon Video, and unfortunately, only found this:
Looking forward to this happening again at PNC Park in the World Series this year:
At the beginning of the game, your party (or rather, parties) is made up entirely of Locke + Moogles. Instead of using separate memory addresses for the Moogle party members, and the later (permanent) party members, they just use the same addresses — since once you get to the point of the game that you get the…
“Tool-assisted” just means that you’re not entering button pressess manually, you’re having a computer doing it. It doesn’t mean that it involves any kind of cheat device. Theoretically, any TAS could be done by a human, though many are pratically impossible, as they involve frame-perfect input, or inputs faster than…
Esther Vergeer. Won her last 470 professional matches.
It was an intentional decision on their part to leave out his name. The articles they linked to included his name, and they were aware of that, but they chose to leave out his name in their article.
Over on deadspin, the editors chose not to publish his name (unlike here). Not saying one choice is better than the other, but that’s why many of the comments over there are about that choice to publish (or not publish) his personal info.
You might be right, but the Jimenez thing lasted for a while. Jiminez didn’t have the greatest things to say about the team when he got traded. Tulo (among others) stood up for the team. Spring training comes around, and Jiminez drills Tulo in the ribs, and things were still quite heated. But in that case, most…
Same with the Batman bear (and probably several other licensed bears). Just covered in the bat symbols.
Huh, I thought I had edited my commented to reflect your point, but I guess it didn’t take. One point that you’re off on though: you don’t get 10,880 new players every year. You only get a quarter of that (3/4 of the players stick around for another year). So, 10 years of 10,880 players would only be 10,880 +…
Even if every single player had a claim (they probably don’t), $60 million dispersed over ~12,000 players is $5K a player. Probably only a quarter of those players, at most, have a claim, so you’re taking about $20K a player, minimum. Probably twice that.
Only players that are part of the player’s union. Which they have permission from, and I would assume gets compensated for it.
They’ve had a few periods of intentional downtime the past couple of weeks (tried doing rolling downtime, but that didn’t pan out). But when servers are up, I’ve probably had 95% of my matches go flawlessly.
