Not really a degreaser, it is mostly stoddard solvent, has DMSO in it too and a bunch of other petroleum distillates. As far as I am concerned it is best used as a cutting fluid for aluminum.

This bridge is not even used any more, it is permanently in it’s lifted span position and the span has been removed several times before to let new ships though. Its pretty standard procedure and will not effect traffic at all. So as long as they pay to remove and replace the span, who cares?
