Last night at least two triple rezes, nothing. Three golds in a match, nothing. Double kill, nothing. I suppose if in a match no one got even a double kill then you might get a POTG for a triple rez. The last POTG I got was rez Mei, kill Hog, heal Mei, and then kill Zen to get the point.
