Role Playing Games typically let you make choices that in some way effect the path of the game. It may not change the outcome but you can choose how you interact with the characters. Yeah, the DLC is pretty good. Worth the pack price for it. I really liked the Old World Blues DLC, then Dead Money, Honest Hearts. Last place was Lonesome Road, it was very linear. Though do play them in order that they came out.
