I hate to say it, but they would’ve just fumbled it. The Flash writing (and everything else) has been atrocious and I’d rather keep The Blackest Night story on reserve in case it can be used by better quality tv or film crew.

It blew my teenage mind when I decoded “Until the End of the World” as Judas talking Jesus about his guilt and betrayal and yet, his friend remains loyal and forgives him. The song’s roots are religious, but it fortunately grows past that and becomes relatable and human.

Needs to mentioned, the lullaby rendition of The Cure’s “Just Like Heaven” during the carousel scene, which was perfect.

Aquaman 2 was also slated for December 2022 before being pushed back to March 2023 (the original made over $1 billion at the box office). Also, The Flash was scheduled for July 2022, but it’s The Flash, so the delay’s not surprising.

I understand that some good ones won’t make the list, but it offends me that David Bowie + Queen did not get any mention.
