members who “denied George Floyd’s murder, amplified death threats, joined up with the NXIVM cult, threatened to shoot supporters of vaccination requirements, called the January 6 insurrection a ‘set up’ by ‘paid operators,’ falsely spread that Black Lives Matter is a hate group funded by George Soros, and voted

WHAT. THE. FUCK!

Based on the trailer, the film was basically being carried by his sore back. He looks severely overqualified for that film.

Reminds me of how pretty much everyone pictures Hugh Jackman when they think of Wolverine because of the movies even though the original comic book character was closer to a short, barrel chested Bob Hoskins.

Could director Eastwood at least have sped up the frame rate when actor Eastwood threw that slow punch? It reminded me of the scene in The Irishman when a CGI’d Robert DeNiro tried to beat up and kick a guy, but it just looked like a Godzilla slo-mo scene with the kick receipient valiantly overacting to sell it.

I must have missed that part. I’m glad to hear it.

My first thought watching the teaser was “Is it really necessary for Monica to relive this whole thing again?” Once the promos ramp up, articles and tweets will follow and we’re back in this conversations, except there’ll be full grown adults who weren’t around in the late 90's who will be rehashing previously worn

Did Black Widow “tank” though? I know it opened big, but didn’t maintain the huge momentum by the second week, but I always assumed that it was still considered a big hit (especially post covid).

I’m honestly surprised that she’s only had one album prior to this. Being that she’s been on the cultural radar for years now, I’ve automatically assumed that she’s had about 3 albums by now.

Sounds like he’s not a fan, but also has full awareness of his own fan base.

And Katana.

I was making light of a He-Man meme. But really, I don’t get the criticism. I was a kid who ate up everything Masters of the Universe and owned MANY of the toys.

But let’s face it, the show was a toy marketing cartoon and the characters had zero depth. If people are worried about giving more focus on Teela and others,

A new He-Man series AND Kevin Smith getting positive reviews on this site?

Dude.

Tell that to the Punisher creators and comic readers who’ve publicly tried to explain the ridiculousness of US law enforcers adopting it as a pseudo logo. They’ve largely failed and now the Punisher skull symbolizes a certain statement by cops (and the like) to a significant group of Americans.

I instinctively think of posters from the 80's. That pose feels of that time.
