I didn’t catch that. Though I sometimes work while watching shows.

So, is the show going to explain that 7734 inverted spells hell like an old calculator trick that we thought was cool in high school or is it just a corny thing that the screenwriter chose?
Also, man, that high school coach was an absolute jerk. My first instinct is that he’s cartoonishly unrealistic, but I do remember…
I would normally agree with you about being bugged by people blowing past the atrocities, but given my experience in my home country, I can (and have) seen this happen.
I’ve seen good and decent people, friends and family, and an entire city that I grew up in shrug off extrajudicial killings that everyone knew was…
I’m a huge David Fincher fan and even I thought Mank was incredibly dull.
Thing is, when I noticed that it was included in the nominations, I just saw it as that one Academy voters type of movie that inevitably slips into the noms list every year. It better not win.
Adapted from an ancient sacred Khazak manuscript.
I’m just happy to see a Shaun the Sheep film being mentioned because I didn’t know there was a new one until I saw this list.
Tangent thought: I wonder if revealing Darkseid will lessen the cinematic impact of his (I’m assuming) appearance in Ava DuVernay’s New Gods film. Because there was a time not long ago that the thought of a live action Darkseid was just a comic book fan’s unattainable pipe dream.
I mean, he has to appear in a New Gods…
Release the Snyder Cut Cut!
Another season of old people make up on the two gorgeous leads ...but not that old looking. So, a wisp of gray hair here and there, but the abs remain and still winning the war on gravity.
I just checked. Christina Ricci is 41 now. I think we’re ready for a follow up film with her own Addams Family.
Is this show worth jumping back in? The pilot episode was so bad that it made me lose any interest in it, but I keep being reminded of it on this site.
I love the idea of the franchise and I’m a big fan of the first film, but that pilot, man, felt like such a one note cbs drama that bored me to death.
That Marriage Or Mortgage series might be the most unappealing show idea I have ever seen, and I’ve seen my share of garbage tv.
I did catch the “mija”, but didn’t think much of it then probably because I live around Mexicans and saw it as just normal discourse between parent and child. But now that you’ve mentioned it, I love that she said it.
“Morrissey is a xenophobic has been” is quite the surprising line from a Superman family show, and I welcome it.
This episode was big upgrade from the last one, but Lana’s husband remains a huge, annoying weak point. I hope they fix the character soon because there is absolutely no reason why the Kents would consider…
Hah! I should’ve added that Diana’s character was such a one dimensional cardboard cutout that I found it insulting because the writers’ intentions for her, successfully or not, was so obviously clear: make her a doe-eyed innocent so that her impeding death would be so tragic for the viewers. That’s some corny, b-movie…
More the latter being a product. It clearly is a high quality produced series with some great actors, but I quit watching by the third season because the story felt like pandering to the fans of royal drama. Every character is unsympathetic and so unlikeable except for Diana, who is being primed for tragedy porn.
That San Francisco apartment of the “poor” sister rents for $3,000/month. At the very least.
What a jerk.
Baby, don’t forget his number of allegations.
