Yeah because the hrv is the SUV version of the Jazz, based on the same platform, so way more expensive than it’s normal hatchback counterpart. The CR-V is the accord counterpart. More expensive too. Same deal for toyota, CHR is between Yaris (Euro) and Corolla, not the Camry, Camry = RAV4.

One of my car is a quirky 80hp utilitarian wagon from the 80's, it's rated at 1 ton carried inside the car and 1ton trailered. Also the weight of the car itself is less than 1ton, nowadays ratings makes me laugh. 

I mean, it's just a taco with a roomier cabin, which is cool, and available with a diesel. Not much more. 

Brakes were dependent of the same high pressure mineral oil system used for the suspensions, so the master cylinder was kind of an on/off switch with 1cm way. No need for a long course like a regular master cylinder because of the pressure already available. No need either for some long pedals to enhance the force.…

Self canceling was available on the DS, cause regular stock. They didn’t have it on later cars because turn signals were deported push buttons, and I guess it was to expensive to design a mechanism that would actuate the return of the button to it's off position.
