To continue my rant agains iX. I don’t mind ugly, if it comes with utility and practicality. iX is against all that. Trunk is abysmal considering the size and the interior is of super bad taste.

1st gear, it’s almost as hideous as the iX. So I would take the fight to who ever gave you glasses. If you don’t have, vision check might be in order.

I think you are missing the point of the engine. It’s light, compact and got lots of torque. Great for offroad and this sort of cheap commuter duties.

It’s also too expensive and heavy. It’s powerful for sure, but the concept is not really well thought.

I agree that for road trip the EV isn’t perfect. With baby it’s not an issue as one has to stop every two hours anyways.

2.0l V8 that produced 230hv was straight from the race car and what I’ve understood requires quite lot of warmup to operate, so it’s not just hop in and drive like the 2.6 V8 in Alfa’s other V8 car…
