No problem!

If that’s a consolation, it doesn’t happen only in America.

No no no, it’s the other way around. China took inspiration from me.

NO HALF MEASURES!” - he said shaking and fuming with rage.

If you payed attention you’d have seen I’m not saying you should do that while driving. Since they block the road, you have to do that on foot.

I have an EV (a Renault Zoé) and as someone mentioned it’s for compatibility with regular equipment and accessories (that needs to be active even if the traction battery is kaput). The thing is I don’t know how it charge, obviously it doesn’t charge as it does with an ICE. Anyway, on the Zoe the 12 V battery must be

Take pictures of the stopped vehicles including license plates and the drivers’ faces (so they can’t pretend they weren’t the ones driving). Then have them sent in “reeducation” or “work” camps. No half-measures.

Exactly, that’s not how you end up telling cool story to you buddies around a cool one.

I am, by law, required to post this gif :

Dude, I was saying 105 HP is enough (especially for an electric) in response to a guy saying someone would want more HP. And what do you come up with ? A scooter. And that’s not a caricature ?

Cost is higher but the advantages of the product are more than low maintenance and fuel economy. People are willing to pay for the enjoyment of an electric motor feel (high power at any speed), the silence, the atmospheric emissions, the high tech, etc.

I’m not talking about “a vehicle that only has as much power as necessary”. You are caricaturing what I wrote.

Do you really need that much power?* 105 HP from an electric motor is a farking lot. There’s no point comparing it to an ICE, because even if batteries are heavy, the way the power from an electric motor is incredibly/stupidely available at any speed makes smoke-and-noise engines look weak. And I say this as a recent

where the speed limit is impossible to stick to”

Because some people have proven they can’t be trusted with vehicles. Therefore what can we do? Make each individual responsible for his own actions (repression), or restrict people’s liberty to prevent wrong doing (prevention); measures that some people find intrusive. That’s the cost of living in a civilisation.

You make a lot of (wrong) assumptions to build a straw-man, here. You should do something about your anger issues (I say that based on what you wrote, not assumptions).

Can’t tell if sarcastic or not.

Which is not the point here.

Dude. If you can’t deal with by people driving under the limit to the point of taking it as a personal disrespect, you shouldn’t be driving (nor be trusted with some other responsibilities).

The thing is speed lowers the time one has to react. And that time can’t be reduced. If you’re supposed to yield to traffic, you can’t do so safely if said trafic comes too fast.
