I was living in Edmonton, Canada when this came out, and I saw it playing at a small indy theater. There was NO WAY I could explain to anyone in my social circle what this was, or what it meant to me (I had all the TV episodes on VHS, including the KTMA), so I missed seeing it in the theater.

Imagine explaining this to someone from 2010.

I saw this a couple times the year it came out, and revisited recently during lockdown. The bad stuff is embarrassingly bad, but Bridges, Lange, Grodin, the sacrifice scene are excellent. That Barry score is equal to some of John William’s most memorable.

Golden Age Simpsons entertains forever.

It was the same question. In Kazakhstan.

Unless I’m mistaken, the episodes removed from Community and 30 Rock includes Amazon and Apple streaming service “purchases”.

Steve Jordan.

At a VH concert in Vancouver, I saw a fan rush the stage to hug Eddie. Security swarmed up on the deck, and the panicked fan ran off the side of the stage right onto the guitar tech world. There could have been potentially thousands of dollars damage.

As for me, I keep thinking that perhaps I should return to my original plan to make a film about Sherman’s March; but, I can’t seem to stop filming Pat.”

Obligatory “it’s sad to see Ryan Dunn” post.

cineplex dot com if anyone wants to check out sales.

Opening today in Vancouver.

*MOVE

“Yeah. You’re gonna have to move your desk,”

I love that the camera leaves the main action to follow the dog as he runs upstairs to bark at the train which regularly passes the house.

Technically, bottle episodes are one location for the purpose of saving money. Desert location shoots are expensive.
