Yes, The Root is so needed. And personally I find just as much insight in the comments section as in the articles sometimes.

I think false accusers should get the same penalty that the innocents they falsely accuse would get if found guilty. So in this case she should get the punishment rapists would get. Only fair. 45 days is not enough.
