I’m glad she spoke up. And, regardless of what the critics and assault-apologists say, it is never too late to voice an abuse against you. Never. Yes, we want victims t0 feel safe enough to come foward soon after it occurs, but if it takes decades, it’s never too late to speak the truth and history of your life.

Many Republicans are so concerned about abortion that they would easily vote a groper in over someone they view as enabling murder. This is what many of them report.

It’s a feeling of justice with each new case. While I feel awful for the victims, there is a certain kind of vindication for victims that accompanies each new surfacing story.

This is the danger in telling young women that what we wear will increase the chance of abuse against us. It makes us question what *we* did wrong when we are assaulted.... even if we weren’t dressed in a way thar society deems “inappropriate”. I think Trump does use society’s racism and xenophobia to win and gain popularity. I agree he’s an awful person... I just think he uses that information in his own self interest... and that it is a strategy.

I think Trump does this petty stuff because it stokes his base. They love getting mad at basketball dads and football kneeling protesters. Trump knows what will get a rise out of his base and behaves in such a way to elicit that response.

Yeah one time I blamed myself for wearing a dress to dance.... I was younger.. probably like 20 years old and the guys at the club were also young.... but old enough to control themselves.  I thought, “that’s what I get for coming to this place in this dress”.. but that was the old me.
