There are at least as many sweethearted oddballs in fashion as name-droppy dum-dums (who are always very loud and shouty ... why are they so effing loud all the time? I digress). But I imagine the kinder people avoid such parties (and aren’t always YELLING) so unfortunately it can seem like the industry is 90 percent

ALT is the sunshine of my life

LOL, that’s basically it. You know the type: one of those pompous, superficial, no-time-for-anyone-who-isn’t-already-someone tufthunters of the first degree. If people outside of fashion hate fashion types for being elitist, snooty, and not all that bright, Derek Blasberg is the exemplar.

He is a “thing” because he has been unctuously forcing himself upon everyone in the industry at all times since he was about twenty-two, which he was able to do since he is a trust fund dinkus and an epic social climber/ass-kisser. To give just one example of his hubris: In 2010 he wrote (and relentlessly, obnoxiously

I finally found out: it’s Comme des Garçons!

How is TRUMP a GEMINI??? noooooooo

Larry and Polly have thankfully disappeared

It is still great! and to me, Taystee is the heart of the show. The friendship that Taystee has with Poussey is probably what will keep me watching long after Jenji goes all Weeds on everybody (so I hear/fear, I have never actually seen Weeds).

I know, I’m so excited!!

That is a phenomenal picture of Miss Danielle Brooks. Lord, she is pretty. Just five days until Taystee is back in our lives y’all!!

I have been scouring the red carpet coverage and fashion blogs so someone can tell me who designed Daveed’s wonderful suit!

And she didn’t just shoplift, she had a cornucopia of pharmaceuticals in her purse when she was busted. She wasn’t just stealing sweaters at Saks for kicks, she had really serious problems and needed help. I’m just so happy she is back, her significance to a certain group of 80s/90s kids really can’t be overstated.

It is unfortunate. I listen to Troubadour all the time, it’s got such wonderful messages and is just a solid jam too. It is disappointing that he hasn’t really blown up, but if anything that speaks to his sincerity and longevity, I hope. K’Naan is still quite young and he’s creative in so many ways. Not just his music

You’re probably right, unfortunately. Maybe I think I see K’Naan out there a lot because I’m actually looking for him? (I passed him once on Broadway and 18th and he is super tall and just amazing-looking. Then I kicked myself for not yelling K’NAAN I LOVE YOU!)

I think it’s obnoxious that you would be so dismissive of an internationally famous musician (who is also a really good dude, btw) just because you can’t admit that YOU didn’t know who K’Naan is when you made up your flippant little ratio. But double-down instead, I guess. It’s your life

let alone recognize an anthem written for it on behalf of a corporate sponsor

I don’t know what it says about me but I was always Team Katherine and will always be. Tess/Melanie Griffith’s fucking baby voice drives me bonkers. “Trask Way-dio!” ugggggh

If only we could clone him, so we could all have own own Keanu.
