Cam's adultery speaks more to the fact that she should have never married Tom on a whim, than it does about her being a terrible person. Not that I would ever defend adultery, the fact of the matter is that Cam has always had a thing for Joe.

Period shows are nearly impossible to pull off in totality. Even the bar scenes have glasses of more modern times than in the 80s and early 90s.
A) If I hate a show I don't watch it.
B) If I hate a shot I certainly don't go online looking for a place to discuss it.
It was a sick burn.
I had the same thought!
I too am happy for another season. Though in a year I think I will be yearning for a 5th. :(
Astute observations, all around.
Well said, except for the expletive.
Great review. I thoroughly enjoyed both hours. I am loving the "Donna as the villian" angle as I've always said, and still do, that she is the most unlikable of all the characters. I am not thrilled with the twist of their divorce though. The thing about Gordon and Donna is they had endured through all of the trials a…
Never underestimate the cost of a period piece. Lots of moving parts.
It was to make him paranoid. And it worked. Remember when Cam found him? He kept saying "he knew so-and-so" was about to turn him in. Part of that was because of the way that the FBI freaked him out.
Agreed, they looked about to kiss looking at the halloween thingie. And then he pulled the plug by telling her he'd appreciate it if she'd help him find Ryan. And left. The tossing him a Good and Plenty was, I think, a metaphor that now it was over with no chance of moving forward.
I don't get the Season 1 hate. Why would you stay with a show into season 3 that you hated in season 1?
Best since Larry Hagman!
I do not think it was ego with Cameron. I think Mutiny was her baby, her child. And she didn't want to give it up.
I don't agree. There were and always will be those that cry the sky is falling at the start of something big. I remember those that were bemoaning the future based on an online world back in the early 90s. I, myself, ranted against Facebook in 2008 and where it would take people. Even full time connectivity (pagers…
Yep this is what I thought too. Ryan freaked that the FBI had tech he had never heard of. Very realistic for that era when hackers found themselves getting caught because they thought they knew everything.
Weird that you said that! I watched Five Easy Pieces after this week's episode just last night!
Donna turned from Cameron calling her "the nicest person in the world" to being a backstabber. I think the transformation was complete when she went to Diane's wine country retreat. She WANTS that even if it means sacrificing friends and family. And just as it was on her fingertips, it got yanked away.
Best episode ever. I was thoroughly enthralled. Joe has grown so much from Season 1 Episode 1. He is a "thrill of the chase" type.Once he has something caught he is lost, and must do something to let it go.
