@knwldg: No, he needs to admit when his company messes up and offer a solution to it's customers instead of the customers having to fight with them to 1: stop denying that there is a problem, 2: come up with a solution.
@RokThat: True but our real problem is that they are denying the problem. This happened with the yellow imacs too. Apple does this over and over again. They just tell you that you are holding it wrong or that you are seeing things or that it's just a rumor.
