I remember watching Family Guy and wondering why the heck it was cancelled. I recall it being funny, but I was also at an age where my opinion of most things could be called into question.

Vandal would be a much more intimidating villain if he was actually invulnerable to everything except the artifacts. It would help in nearly all of these scenarios. Yeah, exploding the room might slow him down, but if you can't actually scratch him without the knife, then I could buy the fact that he's always getting

This kind of thing makes me wonder if someone could make a really generic video with lots of open source material (Wilhelm scream, stock footage, etc), copyright the piece and then make claims on every major studio's accounts. Perhaps even take their revenue?

When my friend was playing OoT (for the 1000th time), I would insist that whenever he wore the red tunic, he would have to wear the iron boots and the blue tunic with the hover boots. Fashion is more important than practicality.

It's also kind of a terrible topic to bring up. It's not like France is known for its lax gun laws, so I don't think anyone would look at that specific attack and say "Man, gun control really works all the time 100%".

At the same time, her cover of being a psychic is a perfect explanation for her behaving similar to victims. She's "channeling" them or whatever.

I was listening to Daniela Andrade's cover of Phantogram's Bill Murray and I didn't want to stop it so I just watched the trailer with Daniela Andrade's music and it worked pretty well. It didn't hurt that I also had rainymood in the background. It really set the mood for a soft song over brutal scenes. 10/10 (to

I love my VHS player. I love watching Top Gun the way it was meant to be seen.

I will completely forgive the terrible chemistry between the Hawks if they make killing Carter a running theme. He can be the Kenny of DCLoT.

This is how all political ads should be from now on.

All this Saints Row love makes me happy.

The man who killed Hitler is guaranteed to go to heaven… wait.

What are 12 things Hitler did right?

If you were to play Nic Cage's character in the movie Face/Off, who would be your Travolta?

If you could go back in time and save one person's life, who would it be?

So… Is Twin Peaks good? I tried watching the original series and I fell asleep during the first episode. I don't think that's necessarily a mark against the series as a whole, but I never really went back.

Full disclosure: I was a huge fan of Luke, so Rey's character being in that role without being as whiney and also getting a (hopefully? definitely??) non-related love interest makes me quite happy.

I can see that. I think it played well with her relationship with Fin, though. They seem to have complementary skills and they more "help" than "save" one another.

I was pretty sure it was going to happen as soon as he took the "old mentor" role for Rey. This series has a habit (4/7 movies now) of killing off the old mentor.

While I agree that Rey's character is a bit limited by her being the Plot Character, I thought they did a good job of giving her a lot of personality. I definitely laughed at some of her lines, especially at the beginning.
