I wondered why I would need paste added, when I just Right-Click to paste. The Tab auto-complete options are the only thing I see as new.

Shift + F8 brings up the Windows Repair first (it will try detecting problems for a good bit) and then show the Advanced recovery options (Refresh, Command Prompt, etc). I boot off an SSD in UEFI mode. Pressing Shift+F8 works fine for me.
