I'll be honest; despite being a British person and exactly the right age to watch a mildly disreputable sketch comedy series midweek at 9pm on BBC2 in the mid-90s, I had to look this one up.

I've just now looked up "scroggled". You know, I don't think I have ever seen an attack ad on another company's product here. I'd guess down to tougher advertising regulation, and probably defamation rules too.

No, she's Vietnamese. Her character was called Alison Ng.

Was that the scene at the end of the first DLC, or the one at the end of the second?

The DLC is one of those things where I can appreciate it's very good, but nevertheless I still hate it and would rather I'd never played it.

I too got hugely invested in Bioshock: Infinite. I think a lot of people had the same issue with the characterisation of Daisy Fitzroy, and the DLC gives a more sympathetic recontextualisation to her actions. (But for the love of god, spare yourself the DLC).

Yes, well. Too much Viz at an impressionable age.

Ok, thanks. It goes way higher on my list then. I wanted to play it but (possibly because of the "Map Game" review here) I assumed it was probably 100+ hours, and I just don't have time for that sort of thing any more.

If I were to say that I tittered at "polish it off nicely", would it be immediately clear that no conversion from £20 is necessary for me?

I hadn't realised HZD was only about 40 hours. Is that just the basics, or moderately completionist (like, including sidequests but not necessarily going around killing every seagull just because there's an "achievement" for it)?

Ok, so now that Elite: Dangerous has been released on it, I am going to get a PS4. I loved Frontier: Elite II back in the day (lawn, kids, off, etc.) and tried to make one of the First Encounters HD versions work on my PC, without success.

Somehow I can't get my head around National Treasure being released the same year as The Bourne Supremacy. They just seem to belong to entirely different eras.

I would certainly more likely have sex with a couple if they knew me a bit socially rather than just flat out asked me at work.

I appear to have really hit on something with this one.

Yes, though I'd have phrased it more as "reacting to popular concerns over real or perceived corporate malfeasance".

Well that's corporate America for you innit? Believe me I've worked with plenty of them. All sound and fury signifying nothing. "Oh we work such long hours and never take holidays." Yeah, well you never actually get anything done either.

I've just picked up Nier! Aiming to start on it tonight,

I am pausing Fallout 3 for a while, and I am about to start Nier. Not Automata (for a start, I'm still haven't upgraded my PS3 to a PS4) but the original one, which I picked up yesterday. Been on my list for ages, since many moons ago I had a conversation with Douay Rhiems Challoner about Spec Ops: The Line and he

Were you correct that the problem didn't get fixed yesterday (local time) because the US was asleep?
