I'm interested in 1Q84 also but it clocks in at 46 hours in audio format. I tried reading through some Peter Hamilton books before (ie.massive page counts) and it's tough when you have so many pages ahead of you and the plot moves very slowly. Very much like what I heard 1Q84 does.

The box content for the retail version the Witcher 2 was awesome (OST,Behind the Scenes DVD, and a few trinkets). Wish more developers would also put a little more effort in their boxed copies at no extra cost.

It seems like they use to not hand them out like hotcakes but as time passes the amount of games getting a 40/40 seems to be increasing.

Now playing

A lot of things on sale today. so it doesn't get lost in the pile I hope people check out Corpse Party. If you have a PSP that is.

100% agree. That's what I did in Oblivion and seems to be what i'm doing in Skyrim. One thing to note is at least kill the first dragon or you won't fight any when your walking about doing side quests.

The only thing for sure they are not allowed to keep EVER at any time is the CVC code on the back of the card.

Security will never ever be perfect. It's like getting rid of terrorism. So we must just live with the occurrence of these things as we live in a digital age. Things can almost always improve and just hope companies keep investing in the best security for their customers. Be responsible and start using these password

The PC sells the least so it gets the short end of the stick. I'm guessing it will be a long wait to get any type of patches out to the PC.

There going to lose more money then they will get. If you're use to paying 1/5 the price for content, your going to really notice the price different when buying it at full price.

Or that you won't need to since only NEW game content that's purchased will start taking up 1 of the 2 slots.

They are saying any "Game Content". My guess is both downloadable games and DLC. The best way to buy DLC for rockband is through game share, so I'm there with you on the disappointment of this annoucnement.

Adding to that. The only one that seems as intrigued in all this beside Drake is Cutter and he's brand new to this series. Think he's there only to back up Drake when everyone else is telling him otherwise.

2D sonic in this feels extremely more precise in this and less stiff then in Sonic 4. If you like Sonic even a bit it's pretty damn good, give it a rent.

Played some of it at my friends house yesterday. They finally have the feeling of "speed" down. From what I also saw the level design (taken thematically from classic sonic) is a big improvement over other sonic games so far. Like both sonics in this, one plays old school and one brings up the "story" and different

At the higher prices they are still cheap when I think back when 5GB drives cost more then 2TB drives do. Yeah I'm feeling old.

Probably already said but, AvClub already got the page views quota and then some for being over critical. I'm personally enjoying the hell out of it and ANY one who liked U2 will definitely like this. What else needs to be said?

I loved Uncharted 2. This is a Day1 buy for me.Great characters/story + fun shooting mechanics = fun. What else do you want in a game but it to be enjoyable? The only one not happy about it is my wallet.

Same here. Was a big fan of 1up show when everyone was there and before almost everyone left around the same time (including Davison.)

Things start to ramp up in difficulty past this point, so good luck. This is one level summoning others for help will alleviate a lot of the frustration.

Didn't Kotaku recommend some password management sites last time? I'm using LastPass and it's saving me the trouble of remembering all but one that's 20+ characters long.
