I am amazed by the publicized anti-black incidents that happen across the USA in areas where there are so few of us! It takes work to find us and act out on bigotry in those places, but some people make it a point to do so.
Well, rich kids are known to use drugs at rates higher than kids the same age with less money to spend. Access to rehab doesn’t save everyone unfortunately.
