Agreed. I forget the exact words but she did say in a previous episode that each reboot makes her a next level Janet. That plus the exploration in to psyc and helping the couple w their feelings might be having the unintended effect of making her a soulful feeling person-adjacent type Janet. Which isn’t likely to be

It’s Modern Family and a sitcom so I’m gonna be *that* person and say that of course they were never really gonna have Alex and the boyfriend actually use the sex paint. So knowing that, that partuicular storyline didn’t bother me.

And the fact that she didn’t immediately apologize is either a sign of Jake’s influence on her or her competitiveness. Or both. Regardless, it really sold the moment.

True but I can’t imagine that someone would choose to stay on the island alone even if the odds are great that one isn’t immune to the virus. It was one thing to be alone with the hope of one day seeing someone but living there alone knowing no one is coming would drive anyone crazy I imagine.

When Nori said, “I don’t know what to say” I muttered at the screen “ninny you say ‘no I can’t possibly accept!’” And then I reminded myself that if people on tv behaved the way normal sane people should we would have literally no TV to watch.

Bow’s response to Ruby and then Dre having her back when his mom was telling him Bow is crazy was the best. Points to the show for showing that everything about babies isn’t always great.

IF someone had told me that B99 would one day bring me to tears - and not from laughing so hard - I woulda said “This show? Nah” but I seriously teared up after Jake admitted he’s having trouble with the idea of possibly sending an innocent man to jail. The first two episodes were fine enough but it’s episodes like

I’ll go shopping w Joe. For toys?!? No, for shoes! I’m the one that is sad not you.

Speechless is pretty fantastic too.

At the new job I was told someone died in the elevator. I thought heart attack but nope. Elevator doors opened w no elevator and the person wasn’t didn’t see that before she stepped in. As awful as that is I’m embarrassed to say every tine it comes up I think of that LA Law episode.

The best part about Jason was his dog: “a little to the left.” Joking aside, I woulda been fine if Lorelei had ended up w him. Basically anyone but Christopher.

He is slated to make an appearance but I’m hoping they don’t try to make them endgame.

MacGyver definitely does not hold up - the original I mean. Haven’t watched the reboot to know how that’s doing.

I love this show. I have no idea how much interaction an EIC actually has with such junior in real life but in the show I’m so here for the tough bit kind mentor thing she’s got going on w the three friends. I am now going to randomly google “the bold type season two”until news of the show’s renewal is posted.

Holmes and Foxx dating has no appreciable impact on my life and yet reading this makes me happy. Go figure. Also, when I grow up I want to have a home office like that one.

I saw the trailer for The Foreigner on Friday and my first thought was “Jackie Chan is doing Taken?” My second thought was that it made me sad to see that. Not sure why since I haven’t seen a Jackie Chan movie in ages but the ones I did see I remember as being more lighthearted. This just seems depressing and I can’t

Despite knowing that no way would he actually die the moment still worked for me because Foggy and Karen do believe he’s gone. That moment when everyone else’s person comes back but theirs did make me sad for them. Foggy especially because he brought him the suit and told him to go save the city.

I’m not sure what was gained by Elektra killing Alexandra. The fighting that happened afterwards would have still happened with Alexandra alive. Just seems like a waste of a perfectly good villain and of Sigourney Weaver.

I get irrationally happy when I see other people put JJ first. It's my favorite by far.

I like the flash but there is no way I'd ever put it above DD season one. Hell, I didn't much like season two and I would still have trouble saying the flash is better. Funnier, sure but I don't expect funny from the marvel Netflix shows.
