"How much did you invest in this business? You can't take it with you. Yeah but we're still going to be here!"

Didn't Seinfeld teach us that the best way to get with someone going through a traumatic moment is to be there for them? And then, when they're ready to date you're already there! It's really quite genius, as Elaine said. All that aside, I don't like Espo w Rebecca. It just seems skeevy.

The morality and logic of this show is bananas and I in no wy equate it to real life. So I have no trouble wanting Alex to be okay. It's a show and I find it inexplicably entertaining and I'm selfish and don't want my entertainment ruined. Rest assured that if this were a real life thing I'd want the system to work

Yeah but he was probably waiting for her to get home. Might as well be in her room to wait if he was also trying to get some sleep. That's not real person logic but after 13 years of watching Grey's that makes total sense to me. plus, if he hadn't been there we wouldn't have gotten the best scene of the show. "I've

-Your daughter for one.
-Diana, why? Has she killed somebody else?
-Noo! She hasn't killed anyone else but she has other issues.

Best two moments: a group of cops dancing and singing, "celebrate good times! Moo moo!" and Schmidt congratulating Winston on finally making C.O.W. This show, good grief. I already miss it and it's not even gone yet!

We see Rebecca in modern day but not Jack. One of the triplets died. Randall (the married guy w the gay father) was born on the same day and abandoned so Jack and Rebecca adopted him. Hence, two white siblings and one black sibling

Doesn't have to have been Rebecca with a weight issue. The mother could have been projecting because of her own insecurities and need for control.

That and he picked the wrong bread for bahn mi. He's clearly not seen EVERY OTHER episode of Top Chef. That's Colicchio cardinal sin #2.

I'm one of the rare few who likes Blais. The arrogance that many claim I don't quite see (or remember) but I also watch a lot of Gordom Ramsey/Chopped/Chef's Table etc. Executuve chefs being arrogant is required apparently. Anyway, I don't watch Top Chef for the auxiliary judges so his commentary - good or bad -

I don't have an accent and yet I still bust out the "I'm not from around here" line/joke on a pretty regular basis. Which isn't me saying necessarily that it's right. Just that, because of that, I still find it funny when she uses it. Of course, the response is usually something along the line of "get over it. You've

I like Toby. He's not perfect but neither is Kate. I'm fascinated by the level of animosity I'm seeing in the comments about him. I'm clearly not watching the show through the same lens as most commenters.

This exactly. I'm so confused by the number of people who seem to think it's quite all right to not tell Logan that he's going to be a father and allow him the opportunity to be involved. Maybe he's a ninny like Christopher was and doesn't fight to be in his kids life but that doesn't mean he doesn't deserve to know.

The absence of Miss Patty during the town hall meeting was especially jarring to me. She always sat behind Taylor. This time around there were two random people. I didn't care for that.

No. it was said in all seriousness. "Mom and dad are fighting again." I finally had to tell her she needed to stop because it was really weird to have the supervisors referred to in the manner.

I worked with someone who used to refer to our supervisors as mom and dad. I gotta tell you, in real life that is so not cute.

I don't know that we can jump to Rory not using birth control. Sometimes you forget or the damn thing fails. Why not ask why Logan didn't use a condom given that he's not in a monogamous relationship? And even with that, "Friends" taught us that condoms are not 100% guaranteed to prevent a pregnancy.

It's always been a bit confusing for me that I like this show because I have always disliked Rory and Lorelei. But the complicated mother-daughter relationships resonated with me so I found myself tuning in each week.

Can we start a movement to revive Bunheads now? Or reboot I guess since it wouldn't make sense to bring back the then-teenage characters(but w Sutton and Bishop, of course). The musical ran much too long and it just made me bitterly miss Bunheads. I know Sutton is on Younger, which I enjoy, but I would happily switch

The telenovela aspect is the thing that drove me away early in the second season. I read a review every once in a while to see if I should come back and then I read about an evil twin. So I guess I'm good. :)
