This isn't the first time they've overlooked a DNR, either intentionally or by mistake. Other than the initial objection they've never reprimanded anyone on the show for ignoring a DNR. It's the MO now. Not that I agree but it actually fits with the history of the show to not reprimand Bailey for that.

"Chocolate and nuts? Actually that's overkill." As hilarious as that line reading was, Rosa's eye roll is what really took it over the top. There really isn't a weak member on this cast.

I'm generally not into cheering at the use of physical force (even on pretend characters) but I have to say I greatly enjoyed Sherlock punching the abusive father. And I enjoyed that he told him ahead of time. That alone made the episode for me.

It hasn't been the best season but I also am with you in not understanding why people are hating it so much. I laughed out loud to many of the lines in this episode. I also knew that in coming to check the reviews and comments I'd be in the minority with my opinion.

I'm one of those weird (maybe rare?) people that actively looks for spoilers and sometimes reads AV Club reviews before watching a show. So, all to say, I knew about the ending of this episode and still said, "oh my god" at seeing the execution. Maybe it's a little too pat but oh man was it satisfying seeing that

I'd have to watch the episode where Howard freaks out again to really refresh the memory but I don't think this is a case of them not having money. It's more about Howard *feeling* like he can provide for his family as he obviously feels he should. That he makes less than Bernadette would only add to his feelings of

"clearly I make the rules that's why my office is a hut." The guy's read on that cracks me up. Also? I want an office near a golf course. That'd be a great view I think.

"Somehow, some way, we've got to make me look unkempt." You know, Jimmy is so often full of it but when the man speaks the truth there is no denying it. Making Stamos look bad would take serious concerted effort.

When Manny and Luke went to get the car Manny pointed out that Gloria had left all the windows down. Not that I like the leaving the kid in the car story but they tried to explain it.

I commented on this a few episodes back. I think to truly get Ameila you have to know her backstory. She's similar to Meredith in that she's experienced heart wrenching loss: her father, her fiancé, her child and finally her brother. Sadly, she coped with alcohol and drugs. She has reasons to be hurt and moody but if

I love that Amy only puts herself at a Level 2 on the responsibility scale. Always room to grow! And while I also loved Fumero's read on the "not a level" line I'd put Jake at a level 9 (of a 10 point scale). He manages to show put work; that has to count for something!

Greys is one of the few shows that I watch as soon as I can and yet it's hard to say that it's a favorite. It's made me cry more times than I can remember but that's not why I cannot entertain going back to rewatch - we can blame Izzie having sex with a ghost for that. It's such a show of contradictions for me. But

Cut.it.out.

If you were moving any cops to the break room wouldn't it make sense that that be Scully and or Hitchcock? To Jake's credit he didn't even mind because he was so jazzed about being able to partner with Pimento.

I cleared a wall and put the tape where the kids could get to it. Then they taped the drawings to the wall. At the end of the day they took the ones they wanted home. When the wall was full the kids had to decide what stayed up and what went home or in the trash. They were three so watching them decide was often fun.

I'm at the point where I'm tuning in simply because it would make no sense to stop watching with only eight episodes left. But I can't say I really care what happens to any of the partners. I like Lucca though. That's about it.

After I watched the show last night I found myself thinking, "I wish The A.V. Club covered Grey's." Imagine my surprise and happiness when I stopped by to catch up on other reviews and saw this on the list. Sweet! Count me in for regular reading and commenting should you keep reviewing the show.

Amelia can be annoying; I think in order to sympathize with her or even like her you have to have followed her story on Private Practice. If it weren't for that I don't think I'd have any patience with her. Put her up next to Meredith and she's had a horribly similar history of heartbreaking losses - her father, her

Neither pair worked well though the wedges she had on at first worked better than the spiky things she had in the church.

There is no other Fred!
