I recommend Anastasia Brow Wiz. It’s a pencil, it’s very thin, and it doesn’t apply too heavily, so it’s easy to keep a chill look and not go overboard. I’m very pale with dark hair as well. Brow Wiz gives me just like the extra “groomed” look without being obnoxious.
