They are very likely booking their vacation days around all the long weekends, thus taking full advantage of all the extra “free” days. All those extra little days really add up, turning using just using a few days worth of vacation days into a week-long one. And they planned all this, way in advance.

From the statements I’ve heard from his victims it really does sound like he really gets off on seeing these women scared and uncomfortable, that he enjoys watching them squirm and then crack. It is 100% a power thing with him and it is disgusting.

I think it does. It definitely is a slow burn kind of storytelling, so if that isn’t your thing you may not enjoy it. I as hooked by about episode three, if that helps.
