Whilst I am all for stronger enforcement of drunk driving laws and harsher penalties for convicted offenders, I think 0.05 and 0.02 for novice drivers is sufficient for ensuring public safety.
It's been 0.05 in Australia since at least the 80's.

Most complicated thing I've done is remove and reinstall the intake manifold/throttle body on a Mitsubishi 6G74 3.5L V6 for the purpose of replacing the rear-bank of spark plugs.
Acquired and glued on factory-equipment door strips to replace the missing ones on my 1983 Holden Camira.
One of my favourite cars ever. NP no worries and I'd fix it up.

I don't understand why Formula 1 hasn't pulled out of Bahrain. This happens every year and it stains the sport's reputation.
Until Bahrain sorts out it's social and political issues (which could be decades), F1 should seek another venue.
