I think the best line of the film will occur in the White House war room.

I was asked on a date to see Green Lantern. I know before hand that the movie is going to be a trainwreck but I went. Worst date nite film EVER!

There are some up and downs and meh moment of the journey, but it is worth seeing how the people you encounter ended up. That and some decent set piece.
