I graduated in a pretty horrible year (2012). Not as bad as 2010-11, but still far, far from recovered. If someone had done this to me part way through the 100s of applications and 10s of job interviews I was preparing for, I would have thrown them out a window.

I mean, as an idea I'm not totally against it. It was more a jar...as a meal. I mean I have a sweet tooth, but that was a bit ick. Especially as he wasn't the tidiest so just got sticky marshmallowy bits all over his hands, the spoon, the table...

Weirdly enough, I just made a pretend mac and cheese using butternut squash. Granted it wasn't vegan (or even vegetarian) but had chicken stock, caramelised onion, milk and squash. Granted that sounds gross. But spooned over pasta with some roasted kale and cheese - surprisingly delish.

I totally don't get the Selena Gomez thing. She's a pretty girl, but she has not produced one song I have found worthy of a listen. Not even a guilt listen, covering-up-my-screen-so-no-one-can-see listen! Especially when the market is pretty saturated with amazing looking women with catchier songs
