Can someone explain something to me? I always thought that a car would be totalled if the cost to repair the damage to the car was more than the car was worth. In this case I think it said 3k worth of repairs? Why did that "total" a car that would otherwise be worth north of 40k?

Daaaamnnnn! This is sick! I think it needs an appearance package or something to set it apart. Something appropriately more aggressive.
Oh man no love for diesel-electric hybrid like a locomotive??
Dear Chevrolet,
:O That is possibly the most spectacular thing I have ever seen. If this becomes real I will not be able to survive without it.
