@Eternal: Meh. I don't care when people don't follow the rules, but I hate when people are corrected or mocked for breaking them in minor ways, and even worse when they didn't actually break them. If you had just made a grammatical mistake, I wouldn't have cared. This isn't a formal setting.

Depending on the nature of the two negatives being used, they may not be contradictory, as they aren't in this case.
