I like my coffee hot, my beer cold, and my Lancias Flaminia.

I’m so thankful that Aus drives on the left of the road, so that we get less of the giant US crossovers, SUVs, and trucks, and that there can be more smaller Japanese cars.

Grass is always greener. Some of us want diesels and small cars; some of them want high horsepower for low prices. And I’d wager that they’d love a full-size pickup over there if their roads and parking lots were more accommodating.  One of USA’s bonuses are our wide open spaces and the freedom of choice that allows.

My Maserati does! I lost my license so now I don't drive.

A dangerous trend I’ve seen way more lately is people just walking into cross walks without even looking to see if a car is coming.

Yes, you have the right of way, but when it comes to a 3000 pound (at best) car traveling even 20mph it’s going to take time to stop. If you walk out in front of them without looking you

Ding ding ding...we have a winner. Attacking this from two fronts would even further reduce pedestrian deaths.

Fixing the small truck rules under CAFE to match reality would be a good step towards encouraging smaller cars.

Our vehicles are larger, heavier and there are more distractions than ever before.

If you are that strategic with your finances this article doesn’t apply to you. It more applies to the millions of Amercians that finance their car at 100% loan to value or more and/or are rolling over negative equity into a loan.

I, for one, am glad that FCA graced us with new Alfa’s over more Fiats.

Puerto Rican players are not international.

My folks had two 127s consecutively - the 3rd and 4th cars of a straight run of 6 Fiats - 124 wagon, 128, 2x 127s, a Ritmo and a Regata. None of them ever broke down, despite my folks’ rather cavalier attitude toward preventive maintenance, and they were pretty sturdy cars. My old boss ran her Ritmo 75 into a Corolla

...some Strada owners were getting phenomenal MPG way better than the EPA estimates”

“EvErY cAR lOoKS The SaME NOw! !”

How often did the robots go on strike?

Sorry, but I love this car.  Would daily it proudly.

Now playing

hand built by friggin’ robots!

I remember this ad as a kid in the UK it was Strada there as well not Ritmo

Not so - the Fiat 127, which used the same basic hatchback design, came out years before the Golf.

Man, fuck that guy”
