Don’t judge body fat percentage on vascularity. Vascularity is a genetic crap shoot. Judge it on definition and separation of the muscles, the lower abs are the very last thing to start getting extreme definition and he doesn’t have that, especially on his left side.

Do a quick google search for 2% body fat. This ain’t it. At 2% you’re going to be able to see the individual horizontal muscle fibers. In his absolute prime Arnold never got down to 2%.
