Yeah, it just costs money to get the transmission. I'm just saying. Manual swap is probably possible but engine ECU wouldn't like it. You never know what's affected. Plus where to mount master cylinder, clutch, etc.

Newer Odyssey had a ton of trans issues too. Nearly every transmission had some issue or another. 4 was the worst, 5 was a little better, 6 was still better but all had some issue or another. Lots of running changes on 5 and 6-speed trans for Honda.

Some would say a negligible amount at low pressures and velocities.

I know a lot of things... but I can't tell you because reasons.

If you keep out of the boost, you can probably reach the EPA numbers.

I know things...

Yeah, but the emissions for diesels are much worse which makes it really difficult and pricey, hence why urea is common among other methods. Also, if you keep the car out of the boost, urea usage should stay pretty low but that's an additional cost for sure.

Not easy to benchmark a car that just came out. Nonetheless, no 1GR...

Don't forget urea costs plus manufacturers cost to certify a diesel engine.

Not really new... old Tacoma had this:

$135,000 per flight hour, very roughly.

That engine is already outdated though when compared to what VAG and BMW are doing. Plus, brand new TNGA engines are supposedly slated to be released in 2015 or 2016.

AR and GR engines are getting a little long in the tooth...

Lots of car have upshift indicators too...

Never seen any eco lights flashing.

Sure it is. It will make a lot of people happy.

I didn't say it was impressive. Just a good ca .

It's actually a really good car and very enjoyable to drive.

It doesn't have the active suspension?

Eh.
