I think a better solutions would be to just add a form of "tax" when gifting a game to a different region that would bring the price up to that regions equivalent.

It's actually "I love you Sonic". Sega is just trying out viral marketing.

It's both funny and sad how all it takes is for someone to sit down and critically think about this for a few minutes to realize that this is simply fantasy, I congratulate you for being to do this at an early age. Too many people bypass the thinking part and jump on the fear bandwagon instead.

Same here, nothing makes me feel old like remembering how I used to play the crap out of Pitfall and Tank. It's sad that most kids won't even know what the Atari 2600 was.

I think a big part of being good at the really hard games, at least for me, had to do with only having those few games to play. I also beat the crap out of Mega Man and Mario but for a long time those were the only games I had so I played them all the time, until I had them down cold. I imagine it's different for

Something, Something, Something, Crossguard

I completely agree, being the "official face" of a company has nothing to do with it. In any size company you have rules of conduct that you expect everyone to follow. I run a small support department with a few employees, if anyone that works for me threatened a fellow employee, a business partner or a customer

What stinks though for everyone that bought the game on Steam is that no new updates are going to be released (assuming there were some sort of plans for adding content to the game.)
