Since a judicial complaint has been submitted against Judge Michelle Odinet following a video leaking with racial slurs, we are asking the question “What happens next?” [1]

She also mentioned by Duck Dynasty son having a drug addiction, as if she druggie son gave her a sedative. 

So they usually hide their bigotry and racism in their daily lives. Got it.

It’s bad but what is the law to do? She said it in her own home and it’s not like she was referring to a plaintiff in a case she was overseeing. Also, the video doesn’t ID her as saying it.

The pathetic irony is to have a sedative that could do what she wants she’d be able to wave a prescription form at us.  So she’s either a conscious racist. Or she’s an unconscious racist breaking medical law.

If anything, the sedative just made her freer with her racism than normal.  It was there all along regardless.

At the risk of repeating myself [1], I think it’s important to note the fact that in trying to excuse her naked racism, this judge engaged in more, accusing a Black man of armed burglary, despite there being no evidence the arrestee had a weapon.

According to CNN, Odinet said she had no “recollection of the video and the disturbing language used during it” because she had conveniently been “given a sedative” at the time of the video to sleep.

Nobody’s buying that sedative bullshit. Now let’s get her ass off the bench and pick through her cases with a fine tooth comb because you know there’s racist bullshit in those decisions of hers.
