So - the money room at the casino is actually a container truck with a couple of truckers on duty at the wheel in case the casino gets hit, so when the bad guys come in the front door, the truck boogies out the back and hits the road? What if the bad guys go in the back door? Or did I miss something?

If only it had made sense.

And what TV station is going to hold off calling an election result until after the "break." If one station is saying they can call it, other stations are saying the same thing and everybody's gonna change the channel. So that was crazy talk.

Really? Weird. Coulda sworn. And enunciation doesn't really make any sense. Either way. Good point.

I thought I saw that too - thought at first that maybe it was just Carl and Enid coming back. But thinking in terms of the camera work, specific people would have to be in place during that shot and they are usually there for a reason - so I don't think figures fleeting through the woods can be random.

Favorite comment on Talking Dead: "Using a gun for punctuation never turns out well." Or words to that effect.

What is very sad for the (mayor?)'s husband is that he has just lost what might seem like two sons. Granted he and Noah hadn't had much time together, but from what I've seen, father and son didn't have much in common and he seemed delighted that Noah took an interest in the work that needed doing.

Is it possible that Glen had enough presence of mind to realize that it is going to be hard to tell Aiden's mother about his death - even harder to explain if neither of the original community people come back alive.

It may be Lynchy, but I suspect some environmental skullduggery is at the bottom of it all. There has been talk of mercury, and we know what mercury did to the Mad Hatter.

Wondering if he'll get to reprise Beric Dondarion on GoT for a few eps. Suppose it all depends on whether or not the TV series revisits his happy little band of good guy bandits or if they just write them out.

It's a secret shame. Watching Downton, I mean. :)

Yup. He showed up in the last (maybe second to last?) ep this year flirting with her and looking like someone she'll see again. I would have no objections, except that I like the Alicia/Finn pairing as something good with which to (when/if) end the series.

But isn't Finn off to woo Lady Mary in another time, another place?

Ha! But could it be one of those insanely rich people he and Diane are going hunting with? Huh? Huh?

At least the boat wasn't named Nygma. And Christopher Heyerdahl is free to go back to work in Gotham - or maybe Hell on Wheels - or both. Busy guy.

We're supposed to be getting something like that with the Pagan Lord novels from Cornwell supposedly in production.

My questions were (a) Does Mr. Taffet work for the same branch that "Clark" claims to work for (sort of an FBI internal affairs?) and if not, (b) wouldn't Clark's branch have been notified that there was, indeed, a breach of security in that office, so when Martha says nothing happened, wouldn't he know?

I didn't get it either, but we have captions ON - I swear, I need one of those old-fashioned ear horns, wonder if they have one at ThinkGeek? - and the housebuddy caught the caption that read "Africaaner accent" that I totally missed, so fat little good they're doing me, right?

And Eddie McClintock, playing a superguy - Pete Latimer couldn't be happier. I kept expecting him to break into a goofy smile and hit on Sif.

I've come to realize that I only vote for people I trust to lie to me. So I got it, when Alicia said that Purdy shouldn't win, if he's unable to lie. 'Twill be somewhat interesting to see how that plays out.
