I like the touch screen. Was just telling the housebuddy that I wish I had one - my phone is way too small, and it's the only thing I have that connects to the web when I'm out and about. But something like that on the dashboard … yeah, that's a bad idea.

Middle aged? If Julianna Margulies is middle aged, what does that make me??? (oh, right. 72. nevermind)

What does it say about me that I've only really liked Cary since he went to jail?

Hey, that's Carol Kane playing Oswald's mother. I, for one, hope we see more of her. Because Carol Kane.

LOL! You may, indeed. And thank you. You don't know how many messages I've gotten that begin, "How loose are you, Lucy?" And I tell them that if they don't know where the name comes from, we have nothing more to say to each other. (BTW, I'm 72 years old, so not so loose as I once might have been anyway. :)

Dutch: "I've come back with a plan." Eph: "We don't need no stinking plan." Or words to that effect. I hope Fet's remark on the charm was a sign that the show is becoming somewhat self-aware.

Yeah, well, then they would all have had to wait while Nora cut out Mom's heart so she could have her own little memorial.

Introducing the new housebuddy to the show and trying to explain it all and failing miserably - I'm just gonna send him the link to this review. It should tell all. And he's a fan of John Noble, so I'm sure he'll be right here with me for another season in "oh you've got to be kidding me, god Tom Mison's looking good,

The housebuddy (a comix reader, so more up on stuff than me) and I kept asking each other what's going on. I presume we'll figure it out as the season progresses? I also presume that Fitz will return in some really cool way, but then I also presume that in a couple of centuries the Middle East will be a safe and sane

Forever may be more of a hate-watch
session. An M.E. who routinely walks out of the river into everyday NY
totally nude and still has a job, not to mention isn't locked up, is
just as believable as the ME (Body of Proof) who was so meticulous about
"her" bodies that she routinely performed autopsies with her own long
h

Apparently she's Leftover from The Guilty Remnant.

I wanted Eph to come clean with Zach - your mom's dead. Otherwise he's going to decide that he knows where she is and will go out to look for her - oh, is that how the Master gets hold of him?

I don't know who I'd be - given my age and propensity to dither - probably Nora's mother, if the truth be told. But my own daughter would be Dutch, not Nora. Except she'd make awesome jam during their downtime instead of destroying the internet. Nora's snaky little comment to Tet - it should have been done by someone

Liked a lot of this episode - as a book reader, I knew immediately they were collecting for the Rising - actually, as a history buff who has been to Culloden and seen the MacKenzie, Frazer and the other clan stones, I would have known it anyway. Loved the wool-waulking songs! What I would really like the series to

The housebuddy and I had a great deal of fun watching this one - I particularly loved the sheriff daydreaming of taking over Nottingham and then Derby and then - Hampshire? Such a big dreamer!

Sean Bean will always be Sharpe to me. And, since I suffer from terminal character overlap, I'm just relieved to see Sam join Frodo in the Undying Lands. Now I don't have to worry about him anymore. Unless - they did disconnect the brainstem, right?

OMG, there's an Egg, and a guy named Barbie? Why oh why did I ever quit this show? Oh, right. It all comes back to me now.

Thanks, Anne M. Shinty? I thought it was rudimentary golf. :) And if the reviewer is upset about the actions of some 18th Century drunken Scots (and they could be drunken anybody's, in this period, not to mention the thousands of years before and several hundred years since), you won't be prepared for what Claire is

"They can't kill the Chief! The Chief has to stay!" The housebuddy had to put up with this cry from me, to go along with my "Oh, Sam! What would Frodo say?" I think I have terminal character crossover syndrome.

Love Capaldi's Doctor. I will miss Capaldi's Richelieu. Damn the man, why can't he do everything?
