Peacemaker (I’ve only seen the first episode) seems to be Duke Nukem if Duke was a really dumb, cringey guy who lives in a pathetic disgusting trailer and instead of being a badass hero just like...kills a lot of people, and also has a super racist dad.

I had the original side-scrolling Duke Nukem as a kid. As for the movie, it should absolutely lean into 80s tropes and camp. Trying to make Duke a serious character is a massive mistake.

Am I the only one who has the Comments section cut off on slideshows (Firefox)? If I type past 4 lines, even the “publish” button disappears behind the page footer. Even when I narrow the page so all the slides appear at once.

You might be sarcastic here but I would watch the shit out of a season of Legends of Tomorrow structured around a nostalgic gameshow.

Wasn’t the other Legends show cancelled because they couldn’t continue using their set or something? Seems like the obvious solution would have been to just combine these two shows.
