It’s a fairly competent vehicle, just gets overlooked by the “usual” suspects. I owned a ‘17 until very recently. Quite the nice vehicle, especially for the price paid.

I think the move upmarket is smart, but moving up-market into “non-German luxury” territory means you are generally chasing a more educated consumer who has some expectations beyond just “its cheap” or “its a BMW.” The dealership experience needs to match.
