It seems like weight loss has become an obsession inside ford. Which I fully support.

Who actually buys a Honda Ridgeline?

6.) Colored Interior

He's the Honey Badger of harley riders

This is the most epic thing I've seen all week.

I love how there is almost no mention of the passenger, and the people in the other Audi's injuries.

"Reckless speed" is always an overruling factor in German road law though. You always take part of the blame if you're found to drive faster than road conditions allow ("unangepasste Geschwindigkeit").

I cringed after she said she wasn't at any fault because as before mentioned the Richtgeschwindigkeit, advised speed, is 130kph. Anything over is all on you. In the end the blame is to be shared with both drivers here.

Probably what happened is that both ended up at fault. The Autobahn has unlimited speed sections, but if you're going over 130 km/h, speed DOES factor into your liability. She should NOT have been going that fast. It's quite possible that the other guy changed lanes when she was just a mere speck in his mirror, and

It needs to be said that on the autobahn, while there are some sections with no speed limits, if you're over 130 km/h speed is factored into liability. The other question is whether or not it was wise to be going that fast to begin with- I don't think she is blameless here.

That was my exact thought... Nothing about her passenger or the other drivers condition or recovery??? Puts a dark stain on an otherwise very personal and emotional, well executed "documentary" of the events!

Actually both (from the legal point of view). On the autobahn there is something called Richtgeschwindigkeit which roughly translates into "recommended speed" - which is 130kph or 80mph. Of course you are allowed to go faster, but in case of an accident, you are also blamed to a certain degree, regardless of who

I wondered that aswell. Given the fact that all German insurance companies say that if you go over the recommended speed of 130 kph you always have to take part of the blame (up to 50% I believe) whether the accident was directy your fault or not.

Maybe they didn't do the correct bribes?

There are two kinds of people: those that can extrapolate from incomplete data sets.

My next question would be: does Carmax run more or less than 0.6% of the nation's used car dealerships? That would tell us if they were over (or under) represented in the complaints department.

Cough - cough - NissanG37? — cough. Sorry. Something in my throat.

So a G37...you want a G37. That's basically a G37.

It still weighs 4,900 freakin' pounds. You don't suddenly have a RWD Festiva on your hands, here.
