It's a matter of how the Architects flip their magical coin. Sometimes i go there and there's only one or maybe two majors. I go back up to orbit and come back down, and there'll typically be 4 or 5 on a single pass through.

It's alright when it's fully upgraded. The clip's still a bit on the lean side, and likely you're already using something else that you like better (more power, larger clip, kills things faster). You'll probably stick it up on the shelf and wait until you're able to go hard raid'n.

I have 3 gallahorn's. My friend has 2 Hard Light's and 2 Atheon's Epilogue. Both of our wants are so close, but so far away. It's not fair. lol

I was just going to say, due to insane friends and my perpetual bad luck (3 raids, and only 3 chatterwhite shaders to show for it) i thought i was doomed forever to sit at the kiddy table, but now i can just buy myself a seat at the big boy table. nice.

Upgrading them to the newer, fancier higher-level versions, then yep. Unless you only have a few exotics that Xur just happens to have in his stash that week, and you've got enough bling to cover it.

On the other hand, if you have a lot of friends that fall under the certain categories: Want things done their way, Like to explain things to the newbs through a confusing fun-sucking 10 minute lecture, or Can't follow any of the directions, leaving all the other people in between confused, listening to friends going…

And so far, those tweaks are only going to cost you $20 a pop. :X

I haven't really played any other MMOs so i can't compare, but if you take Destiny, and remove all the background people running at the tower and just hanging out on the planets shooting things as you drive by, does that really change the game very much?
