Still haven't brought myself to do that yet. Though a work buddy of mine raves about The 100. Also, is it a thing now to complain about titles? Almost every new show, I see a critic or commenter saying, "What a great show but the title sucks…"

I thought the quote was "He'll ruin it. He won't mean to…" in regards to Wheeler once Mutiny had been acquired. The reason why I ask is that it subtly changes the impetus behind Cameron "This is my company" line. Wheeler would be yet another person (man, specifically) in her life that has tried to change/take/better

Everybody seems to miss the subtlety of that moment. He wasn't hiding it for himself, he looks over at Toby and then hides it. An acknowledgement that teenage son may want to "test drive" the family Synth if given the chance. This is also played up in the teasing Toby receives from Mattie about why he votes to keep

So this is the first entry for the Goosebumps Cinematic Universe?

100% yes to the Walter White comparison.

I will always remember Nimona for the most active, quick witted, and overall enjoyable community of commentors I've ever encountered. I was sad the run ended just because of that. To this day, I want to quote "I'm a shark" but figure no one will get the reference.

Same. Didn't see this scene at all…

I was just watching this episode today.
"Instead of a swirl, he added a pinch".

Yay, I thought I was the only one who was a Childermass fan!

I would say it's as much of a slow burn as Mad Men was in its first season. Lots of people talking, ideas that foreshadow our present day technology. The plot is not mesmerizing but the character dynamics are, especially the two female leads. The last four episodes of S1 really have them come into their own.

So we gonna talk about Clockers and not talk about Keith David's scene whopping ass in the playground?

A Moon Knight anthology? I don't think Marvel is at that phase.

"Zoinks!" And may I add, "Jenkies!"

It's OK, everyone knows Black people die first… The police make sure of that.

I do this occasionally as well.

I wish I could upvote this to infinity. 90s TV nostalgia.

Wait, Movie-Lex wasn't insufferable? This is the first time I've heard such a claim!

So this is apropos of nothing, but Emma Stone looks extremely attractive in the trailers. But she clearly has the look of a MPDG. BTW, who is more MPDG: Dunst in Elizabethtown OR Winslet in Eternal Sunshine…?

OMG, I've been looking for Summer Blonde in bookstores (incl the one I used to work at) since like '09 but can never find it!

This is interesting because I had to read Shortcomings in college as part of a race & sexuality class and I loved it. Been looking for other works of his ever since.
