I don't think you're reading that right. Just because he's in the 5.4% doesn't mean he averages 3gb per month. He personally could average 4-5gb per month and still land in the 5.4%. So the usage is definitely there in that case.

Agreed. My back problems stem from two car accidents during my senior year or high school. The company I work for brought in an articulating keyboard tray and arms for my monitors so that I can stand as well as sit, to alternate during the day. Standing is much better for me.
