Yeah I know but have you tried that on the circles screen? In particular the "Find and invite" part? That thing is a pain in the ass because you start dragging around friends if you can't get the two finger scroll just at the very edge of the blank part.

Because the full web version doesn't work properly. If you go to view circles and you have a lot of people in one you can't scroll down. That and other minor navigation issues make it a pain to use. Not to mention the webapp versions of it are terrible.
