I feel like this is something that should’ve been talked about at launch more. You outlevel side quests and the main mission so quickly but games have conditioned you over the years to just do the side stuff then you get to mayhem and find out you kind of wasted a bunch of early quests

DQ11 is an immensely better game on just about every level and doesn’t have shitty combat, if you like turn based. The only thing NNK has over DQ11 specifically is the music because too much of the DQ11 soundtrack is still midi which I know bothers a lot of people.

All anyone needs to know is the combat still sucks which makes actually playing the game difficult to enjoy.

thermite is extremely cool and fun and should be enjoyed by everyone of all ages

I hope this is their breakout because they have made some really unique and interesting rpgs but seem to lack the budget and/or talent to fully realize what they’re trying to translate from ideas. I hope it’s good, going to keep an eye on trusted reviewers.
